The Centre for Employment and Learning (CEL) features a library of training opportunities and income support programs for job seekers. Computers for developing resumes, the Internet for job searches, and an Employment Counsellor to provide one-to-one consultations are important features of this function. Referrals to training sources within Huron County are made through the Employment Counsellor. Where available, information on wage subsidy programs and fee for placement programs are provided to the client to help eliminate employment barriers and ease transition for the employer.
